Mobile Interactive Focus Groups

Our MiQ! focus groups engage consumers to tell the stories of their real lives and how your brand fits in it by using an advanced mobile phone based ethnographic technology. We interact with consumers over the course of a week to dig deep into the truth and reality of their everyday lives. We often combine this approach with face-to-face groups, to get much deeper and more detailed learning than traditional groups alone.

Brand Equity Focus Groups

We use a qualitative methodology called BLiNQ! to precisely understand the perception of your brand and your competition at a much deeper and more emotional level than traditional methods. Our approach exposes hundreds of carefully selected images to consumers to gather how they are associated with your brand, and then interprets the meaning through a storytelling process.
