CONSUMER UNDERSTANDING VIA FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE
We take our inspiration for Experiential Research from Leonardo da Vinci, who may have been the world's first ethnographer. He confessed that “I cannot quote from eminent authors as they can, these trumpeters and reciters of the works of others,” he said. “I know that all knowledge is vain and full of error when it is not born of experience, and so experience will be my mistress.” Each of our methods is designed to get to the "truth" of how consumers think, act, and respond, whether through direct, but uninhibited observation, or indirect associative means that get to a more unconscious view. Following in da Vinci's footsteps, each of these methods are implemented as a collaborative learning journey for you and your team to experience. Below are some of the ways we keep the "voice of the consumer in the room."
